We want to hear first-hand about your experience of our care to help us continuously improve our services.

We host regular “Big Conversations” with our local community to listen to their views to help us understand what we do well, and what we could do better.

Our local community are also very welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting, which is always very popular, and also our quarterly Trust board meetings and other outreach events.

We would love more patients, carers and local residents to get involved and become members of Croydon Health Services.

In response to public feedback, we have launched many initiatives including Croydon Health News – our newsletter for the local our community and partners across the borough.

Giving us essential feedback

The most vital feedback we receive is about our quality of care. If you have a specific concern about the care we provide, please do contact our dedicated Patient Advice And Liaison Service (PALS). They are located within the main reception area of Croydon University Hospital and can also be reached by post, email or telephone. Details about the PALS service are here.
