Electronic referrals (eRS)
GP referrals to all our consultant-led services are available through e-RS, please see our A to Z of services for more information.
The current model of referring a patient to Croydon Health Services (Blue Button, Advice & Guidance) will be changing to Advice & Refer (A&R). This means there will no longer be a Blue Button/Triage option.
Croydon GP Practices will select the relevant service under Advice - Croydon A&R (name of service).
If you have any general queries about our services,
or cannot find a service for CHS on e-RS, please email us at CH-TR.eRS@nhs.net or call 020 8401 3000 x4060

Changes to the ENT referral process for Croydon GPs
From April 2025, a single point of referral (SPOR) is in place for all adult and paediatric ENT referrals (excluding two-week wait referrals for urgent suspected cancer or emergency ‘SOS’ cases) to Croydon, Epsom St Helier, Kingston, and St George's hospitals.
GPs will continue to use the NHS Electronic Referral Service (e-RS), the SPOR will be called SWL ENT Single Point of Referral-RAX or SWL Paediatric ENT Single Point of Referral-RAX and a new, simplified referral form is available in Ardens, DXS, and Medicus to support the referral.
If you have any general queries about our services, or cannot find a service for CHS on e-RS, please email us at CH-TR.eRS@nhs.net or call 020 8401 3000 x4060
