NHS provider licence

2020/21 is the fourth year that NHS Trusts have been required to self-certify against the NHS provider licence and are specifically required to publish the declaration for general condition 6.

The Board considered the evidence to support compliance against this condition at its meeting held on 29 May 2020 and confirmed that it was compliant.
