You can now text us about your quality of care
People who receive our care can now complete the popular Friends and Family Test (FFT) using their mobile phones.
From today (20 July 2018) patients in our Emergency Department will receive this option. In August it will be extended to most of our services.
This important survey takes only a minute of your time and lets us know if you would recommend our care to loved ones.
Adding the option to use text will help more people to give us vital feedback in a very convenient way, in their own time.
Shortly after your care is complete you will receive the offer to complete the FFT by text.
However for some services this text option is not yet available. For all services, the usual written option is still available at the point where you are with our staff and concluding your care.
To help make sure people are aware of this option we are communicating it widely in July 2018.
