Nominate your Star of the Year in our annual staff awards!

Croydon Stars, our annual staff recognition awards, is back again for 2023 and it's your chance to nominate our Star of the Year!

The awards give us the chance to come together to celebrate the best of CHS, recognising the hard work, dedication and fabulous care given by our staff members and teams who are committed to keeping Croydon well. Our amazing staff are the backbone of our Trust and help keep us safe, and so now is our chance to truly say 'Thank you'.

Once again, nominations are invited from members of the public for individual members of staff or teams for our 'Star of the Year' award. This award shines a light on an individual or team who has demonstrated extra kindness and humanity to a patient. They will have made a significant and memorable difference to the life and experience of the patient and their families in either our hospital or community services, and can be either clinical or non-clinical.

You can nominate any Trust member of staff that left a positive impact on your CHS experience. Just visit the Croydon Stars 2023 page here and complete the form to let us know who you think this year's worthy winner.

Last year we recieved near 300 nominations for our 'Star of the Year' award and well over 800 nominations for all awards catergories in total, and this year we are hoping for even more!

The closing date for Star of the Year nominations is Friday 28 July 2023, so make sure you get your nomination in before then.

The shortlist will be announced in the autumn and our winners will be revealed at our exciting awards ceremony in November. If your nominee is selected, we will contact and invite you to the event, so that you can help us celebrate our Trust's stars!
