Your chance to have a say on the Trust's quality priorities for 2019/20
Every year we produce a Quality Account to demonstrate how well we are performing as a Trust, by looking at patient safety, the effectiveness of treatment patients receive and patient feedback about the care provided.
This year, we have identified four main quality improvement priorities which we would like to be our main focus for 2019/20. They are based on the Care Quality Commission's four 'domains' - the main areas they inspect us on.
We want to ensure our priorities are meaningful and achievable to everyone - our staff, organisations that we work with and importantly our patients. We would like to hear your views about them and if there is anything else that you believe we should focus on in the year ahead.
The priorities are only draft at this stage and your answers to this questionnaire will help to determine the final quality priorities we set. The survey, which closes on 26th March, is completely anonymous.
Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your thoughts and helping us to improve our care for the people of Croydon.
