People of Croydon and beyond are being asked to nominate their very own 'Star of the Year' in recognition of hardworking staff at Croydon Health Services.
Our staff make a big difference to hundreds of people locally every day so we are giving you the chance to thank them for their dedication and commitment that they have shown over the past year.
Our ‘Star of the Year’ award will reward a special individual or team who has made a difference to a patient and / or their family during their time in our care.
You can nominate as an individual or on behalf of someone you care for who has been looked after by one of our colleagues. We know that all of our staff make an impact on our patients both in the community and in our hospitals so we’re excited to welcome nominations for those in a range of roles.
Maybe one of our community midwives supported you through your pregnancy, or one of our porters helped get you from A to B around the hospital. One of our consultants may have made you feel at ease in your appointment with them, or our lovely catering staff could have helped you at dinner time.
These are just a few examples of the many interactions our staff have with people daily at CHS - we want to hear of your own positive experiences and why you think our colleagues deserve to be ‘Croydon’s Star’.
